Well, it has been awhile, but I thought this was the best time to update!! Gracelynn Brooke Miller was born on August 6th at 11:41am. She weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz and was 18 3/4 inches long. Tori wanted to watch her baby sister being born and she also wanted to cut her cord, so she did. It was a very neat and great experience. Gracelynn is a very good baby. She is very content. Enjoy the slideshow!

One last Miller baby is one the way. IT'S A GIRL!!! YAY!!! We are very excited to finally have another baby girl. Tori is just ecstatic, and we are so excited for her. I just couldn't imagine Victoria going through life without a sister. That just didn't seem fair to me. So, she is coming. I'm due the end of August. I know it will be another hot hot hot summer for me, but that's alright. It will be over soon enough and Gracelynn Brooke will be here.

Daddy Daughter Tea

Every year our church has a "Daddy Daughter Tea". It is a date for Daddy's and their daughters. Tori was so excited to go. They had tea, lemonade, cookies, and ice cream. They had a question and answer time so that they could get to know more things about each other and they also got to dance. Lex and Tori even joined in the conga line!!! :) They both had a lot of fun.

Luke just turned 4 on Saturday and he was so excited. Turning 4 has been a very big deal to him. He is ALL boy. He wanted a Hulk birthday because he likes to smash things!! He asked for drums and a motorcycle...which he received (in a 4 year old sort of way!!) Courtney, the kids, my mom, and my dad came in town for his birthday. He had so much fun. When he woke up on Sunday morning, he asked me, "Mom, am I still 4?" It was very cute, and I reassured him that he was still 4!!

We took the kids to get pictures done today. They are Tori's 1st grade pictures, Luke's 4 year old pictures, Jackson's 2 year old pictures, and Eli's 3 month pictures. It was quite an adventure....actually though, it could have been a lot worse!! :)

I Didn't Do It!

Luke told me today that Jackson had gotten into my makeup. Luke also told me that he had nothing to do with it. He said Jackson did it all by himself. I believed him because Jackson is always doing stuff like this!! Well, then I saw Jackson and I knew that it was not just my makeup. I was about to discipline him when he turned around.......there was no way he was able to reach those places by himself!! So instead of a spanking I took pictures!!!

Pumpkin Patch and Lex's Birthday Dinner

This year at the pumpkin patch, we had so much fun. We go every year and it is always so....well, let's just say not enjoyable. This year was different. The kids were very good, it wasn't windy, it wasn't crowded, and we were able to enjoy it. Then we went out to dinner for Lex's 28th Birthday and ate my wonderful cake. It really did taste as good as it looked....if I do say so myself!!! :)

The Weekend in Tahoe

On Saturday, Lex, Eli, and I went up to Tahoe. My good friend from college, Paul, finally got married!! We stayed on North Shore and loved it. We didn't want to come home. The leaves were changing, so Eli now has pictures of his first fall!!

This picture is of Paul's grandparents. They have been married 68 years and they were just dancing away!!

I must have put my camera in the diaper bag so it wouldn't get lost.....then I lost it because I put it away!! :)

Here are some pictures from when Courtney came in town to go to the New Kids on the Block concert with me...and Lex, YES, he went also (AND LOVED IT!!)

Lex is pretending to not be interested in the concert!!! He secretly loves KNOTB!!!

Then Courtney went to Lex's freezing cold football game with us in all of her "Vegas" clothes. She ended up in the car, she said it was to get Eli out of the cold, but we know!!

Tori's First Date!!

Well, since I still can not find my camera (I think it is somewhere in my playroom and if you have ever seen my playroom you would understand) I am going to post an old event.

Kindergarten led Tori to her first boyfriend!!! Kyle is his name. He asked Tori if she would go out on a date with him. So Kyle's Mom and I decided to go on a family date...Moms, Dads, brothers, and sister. Kyle wanted to take Tori to Long John Silvers and oddly enough, Tori was another 6 year old that likes Long John Silvers. So it really worked out. After the flowers, gift, shrimp and fish, we went across the street to get ice cream. There was music playing at Baskin Robbins, so it was perfect for a group dance!! Then, to end the night, we went to Petsmart and they each picked out fish for each other.

Kyle now lives on our street, they moved in a few months ago.

Update:

Now that they are in 1st grade, they have decided to just be friends!!

Our first vacation with 4 kids!!

Last weekend we went down to San Diego for Lex's cousin Selena's wedding. We loved it down there. The kids had so much fun at the beach, Tori was even body surfing the waves. Lex usually stays clear of the ocean, because of the whole JAWS is going to get him thing, but he also had tons of fun playing with Tori. Luke and Jackson found a hole in the sand and got in.......well, the sand compacted on Luke's leg and I had to dig him out. Everything is always an adventure. The sound of the ocean put Eli to sleep within minutes, so we all were able to enjoy the beach.

The wedding was very nice. The kids were all out on the dance floor. Everyone knew my kids by the time the weekend was over.

So all in all, our first vacation with 4 kids went over quite well. We might just do it again!!!
